Recurring Classes

Recurring classes let you create a session once and have it repeat automatically on a schedule. This is ideal for regular weekly or fortnightly lessons.

Setting up a recurrence

When creating or editing a session, enable Recurring and choose a pattern:

Pattern	Example
Daily	Every day, or every N days
Weekly	Every week on selected days (e.g. Mon + Wed)
Monthly	Same date each month, or same weekday (e.g. first Monday)
Yearly	Annual events

Recurrence options

• Interval - repeat every N periods (e.g. every 2 weeks)
• End by date - stop generating sessions after a specific date
• End after count - generate exactly N sessions

Editing recurring sessions

When you edit a recurring session, you can choose to apply the change to:

• This session only - edit just this occurrence
• This and all following - edit from this date forward
• All sessions in the series - edit the entire recurrence

Cancelling a session in a series

To cancel a single occurrence without affecting the rest of the series, change only that session's status to Cancelled. The recurrence continues generating future sessions normally.

Viewing the full series

All instances of a recurring class appear individually on the calendar. You can identify them by the recurrence icon on the session badge.

TIP

For one-off makeup sessions or trials, always create a standalone session rather than a recurring one to keep your series clean.
