Settings Overview

The Settings page is organised into three groups. Which sections you see depends on your role:

• Owners see everything.
• Collaborators see settings based on their resource permissions (Workflows, Webhooks, Calendar).
• Staff see only their profile.

Account

Profile	All	Personal name, email, password
Business Profile	Owner	Company name, logo, contact details (appears on invoices and emails)
Subscription	Owner	Plan, billing, payment history

Staff Mode

The General section has a single toggle: Staff Mode.

• On (default): enables the full team management feature set - staff, payroll, availability submissions, staff portal, booking requests.
• Off: simplifies the UI for solo operators who don't need team management.

Turn off if you're running a solo practice and the team features are adding clutter.

Owner-only sections

These sections are visible only to the workspace owner, even for admin-level collaborators:

• General (Staff Mode)
• Business Profile
• Subscription
• Search Index
• Recycle Bin

This protects business-critical settings from being changed by assistants or partners.

Resource-gated sections

These sections are visible to collaborators only if they have the matching resource permission:

A view-level collaborator can see settings but cannot save changes.

Language selector

The app language is changed in the top navigation bar (not in Settings). FoxCLM ships with:

• English
• Simplified Chinese (zh-CN)
• Traditional Chinese (zh-TW)
• Malay (ms)
• Spanish (es)
• Korean (ko)

The choice is saved in the browser (localStorage).
