Appearance
Business Profile
Your business profile is the public face of your account: what shows on invoices, in emails, and on share pages. Configure it at Settings -> Business Profile.
Fields
| Field | Used on |
|---|---|
| Company name | Invoice header, email footer, share page |
| Logo / image | Invoice header, email footer |
| Invoice contact block, email "reply-to" | |
| Phone | Invoice contact block |
| Website | Invoice contact block, email footer |
| Address | Invoice billing-from, share page |
Uploading a logo
- Click Upload Logo.
- Pick a JPG, PNG, or SVG file.
- Crop to a square if prompted.
Recommended dimensions: 512x512 for best quality across print and screen. SVG is ideal if you have it.
Remove the logo with the trash icon. Without a logo, invoices show just the company name.
Where the profile appears
Invoices
The designer includes fields for:
- Company name (headline)
- Logo (top-left or centered)
- Address (multi-line billing-from block)
- Email, phone, website (contact block)
You can position them anywhere on the invoice or hide them per-template.
Email templates
System emails (invoice sent, booking confirmation, etc.) include:
- Logo at the top
- Company name in the signature line
- Website URL as a link
Custom emails (via send_custom_email workflow action) use your templates as-is; company details are available as placeholders.
Share pages
The public viewer (invoice shares, schedule shares) displays:
- Company name in the header
- Logo (if uploaded)
- Website link in the footer
Multiple business profiles
FoxCLM supports one primary profile per workspace. If you operate under multiple brand names:
- Use terminology overrides to adjust per-document wording
- Use separate invoice templates for each brand with hardcoded branding
- Or create a separate FoxCLM workspace for each brand and manage them side by side
Full multi-brand support is not currently built in.
Addresses
A business profile can have one or many addresses:
- Primary - used on invoices by default
- Billing - used for your subscription payments
- Registered - legal registered address (some jurisdictions require this on invoices)
Add addresses via the Addresses section on the Business Profile page. Address autocomplete helps with validation.
When changes take effect
Changes to the Business Profile are live immediately:
- Existing invoices keep their snapshot values (invoices don't mutate when you update the profile)
- New invoices use the updated profile
- System emails use the current values at send time
To update the branding on an existing draft invoice, open the invoice editor and click Refresh from Profile.
Next steps
- Terminology Overrides - match labels to your business language
- Invoice Designer - position profile fields on your invoice
