Scheduling Overview
The scheduler is the central hub of FoxCLM. Every tutoring session lives here, from one-off trials to recurring weekly classes.
What you can manage
- Sessions and classes - individual or recurring
- Session statuses - track progress from Scheduled to Completed
- Staff assignment - assign sessions to specific tutors
- Booking requests - review inbound requests from prospective clients
- Availability rules - set when you are available for new bookings
- Calendar export - subscribe to your schedule from any calendar app
How the scheduler works
The scheduler displays all your sessions on a calendar view. You can switch between day, week, and month views. Each session shows its title, client(s), assigned staff (if any), and current status via a colour-coded badge.
Clicking a session opens a detail panel where you can:
- Edit the session details
- Change the status (move through your workflow)
- View linked clients and invoices
- See the session page link for clients
