Availability Rules
Availability rules control when clients can submit booking requests. They do not block you from manually scheduling sessions at any time.
Setting available hours
Go to Availability in the left navigation and define your weekly schedule:
- Select which days you are available
- Set start and end times for each day
- Apply different hours per day (e.g. Mon-Thu 3pm-8pm, Sat 9am-1pm)
Blackout dates
Add specific dates when you are unavailable - holidays, training days, or personal leave. Clients cannot submit requests for blackout periods.
Buffer time
Set a minimum gap between sessions to give yourself time between back-to-back lessons. For example, a 15-minute buffer prevents a request from landing immediately after an existing session.
Booking window
Limit how far in advance clients can book:
- Minimum notice - e.g. no bookings less than 24 hours away
- Maximum advance - e.g. only accept bookings up to 8 weeks ahead
Multiple booking types
If you offer different session types (Trial, Regular, Intensive), each booking type can have its own availability configuration and duration.
