Calendar Export (ICS)

Subscribe to your FoxCLM schedule from any calendar app that supports ICS feeds - Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and most others.

Getting your calendar URL

1. Go to Settings > Schedule Export
2. Copy your personal ICS feed URL

The URL includes a private token - keep it secret. Anyone with the URL can read your schedule.

Adding to Google Calendar

1. Open Google Calendar
2. Click + next to "Other calendars"
3. Select From URL
4. Paste your ICS feed URL
5. Click Add calendar

Google Calendar refreshes ICS feeds roughly every 24 hours.

Adding to Apple Calendar

1. Open Calendar on Mac or iPhone
2. Go to File > New Calendar Subscription (Mac) or Add Calendar > Other Calendar URL (iOS)
3. Paste your ICS feed URL
4. Click Subscribe

Adding to Outlook

1. Go to Add calendar > Subscribe from web
2. Paste your ICS feed URL
3. Click Import

What is included

The feed includes all your sessions with:

• Session title
• Start and end time
• Linked client names (if you have permission to see them)
• Notes

WARNING

Regenerating your ICS token (from Settings) will break any existing subscriptions. You will need to re-add the new URL to your calendar apps.
