Creating Sessions
Creating a one-off session
- Go to Scheduler in the left navigation
- Click + New (top right) or click directly on a time slot in the calendar
- Fill in the session details:

| Title | Name of the session (e.g. "Maths - Year 10") |
| Start / End | Date and time |
| Clients | One or more clients to link to this session |
| Staff | Assigned tutor or instructor (optional) |
| Status | Starting status (defaults to your first workflow status) |
| Notes | Internal notes (not visible to clients) |
| Fee | Session fee - used when generating invoices from sessions |
- Click Save
Linking clients
You can link one or more clients to a session. Linked clients:
- Receive session reminder emails (if configured in your workflow)
- Appear on the session page
- Are included in invoice generation from sessions
Assigning staff
Assigning a staff member to a session:
- Makes the session appear in their staff portal schedule
- Enables availability conflict detection on booking requests
- Allows payroll calculation for that session
Setting a fee
The session fee is used when generating invoices from sessions. It can be:
- Fixed - a flat amount per session
- Hourly - calculated from the session duration and an hourly rate
