FoxCLM has two plans:

Current plan

Go to Settings -> Subscription to see:

  • Your current plan (Free or Pro)
  • Renewal / expiration date (Pro)
  • Payment method on file
  • Payment history

Upgrading

  1. Click Upgrade to Pro.
  2. You're redirected to Stripe Checkout.
  3. Enter payment details and complete the purchase.
  4. You return to FoxCLM; the upgrade is immediate.

Your first charge happens right away. Billing is monthly on the anniversary date.

Cancelling

  1. Click Cancel Subscription.
  2. Confirm.
  3. Your plan remains Pro until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.

No proration refunds. If you've been charged this month and cancel partway through, you keep Pro access until the period ends.

Payment history

The page lists every charge with:

  • Date
  • Amount and currency
  • Plan tier
  • Status (succeeded, failed, refunded)

Click any row to download the Stripe receipt.

What happens when Pro expires

  • Clients above 10 are not deleted, but you cannot add more until you reduce below 10 or re-upgrade
  • AI features become unavailable
  • Campaign emails stop
  • Data remains intact - downgrade is non-destructive

Failed payments

If Stripe fails to charge your card, FoxCLM retries for a few days. During retry you keep Pro access. After persistent failure, the plan reverts to Free and we email you.

Update your payment method on the Subscription page to resolve.

Free tier limits

  • Clients: 10 total (including soft-deleted - restore or permanently delete to recover slots)
  • Invoicing: basic only (flat tax, flat discount, single currency; advanced rules require Pro)
  • Automation: full workflow system available (no artificial limits)
  • Team: unlimited staff and collaborators (not a Pro-only feature)

Taxes

Prices shown exclude applicable taxes. Stripe collects any required VAT / GST at checkout based on your billing address.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Email support with your issue.
