What is FoxCLM? ​

FoxCLM is a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform with a full service back office built around it. It takes an agreement from draft, through review and approval, to e-signature - then keeps tracking it through obligations, renewals, and amendments - and pairs that with the scheduling, invoicing, payments, client management, and team collaboration a business needs to deliver on what it signs. One workspace, replacing separate contract tools, standalone e-signature services, spreadsheets, and disconnected calendar and payment apps.

The contract lifecycle ​

  • Manage contracts end-to-end - draft from reusable templates and a clause library, route each contract through a configurable review/approval workflow, and track obligations, renewals, and amendments as first-class records. See Contracts Overview
  • Sign and verify - send for signature via a public link (typed or drawn), step signers up with one-time codes, SMS, or government-ID + face-match identity verification, and get a tamper-evident audit trail plus a Completion Certificate on every executed contract. See Signing Verification
  • Automate the lifecycle - status changes drive the process: conditional transitions fire emails, webhooks, API calls, notifications, and share-link operations, and an auto-advance job moves contracts forward when their conditions come true. See Automation Overview

The back office around it ​

A signed contract creates work and creates money owed. FoxCLM covers both in the same workspace, so you are not reconciling an agreement in one tool against the delivery and billing in another.

  • Invoice and get paid - bill against what you signed, send automated reminders, and accept online payments via Stripe (card, Alipay, WeChat)
  • Schedule the work - create one-off or recurring sessions, assign clients and staff, and manage them through a status workflow
  • Accept bookings - publish a booking page, review requests, and convert approved requests into scheduled sessions
  • Manage clients and counterparties - keep detailed records and add unlimited custom fields
  • Run a team - add staff members, set payroll rates, and give staff their own portal
